Joe Lathrop is President and Founder of OCG. Mr. Lathrop specializes in organizational assessment and development, with an emphasis on strategic planning, destination development, board development, accountability and executive coaching and development. He has worked with 85 destinations of all shapes and sizes and in every region of the country; and is a featured speaker on destination development issues, accountability and related tourism topics at the state and national level. He has authored a chapter on Board Governance for a text book published by the Destination Marketing Association International.
